The NDIS and Nursing Care

Distinction at Home Care provides Community Nursing Care to meet all of your needs and expectations. Our community nursing services are tailored to participants’ individual clinical and personal needs.

Nurses with community health expertise are available to meet the support needs of people with complex medical needs. Participants can begin receiving community nursing care as soon as they register with the NDIS.

If you already have community nursing care NDIS in your plan, you can continue to purchase these supports through Distinction at Home Care.

Distinction at Home Care provides community nursing support tailored to each participant’s individual health needs and approved support arrangements. Our aim is to support participants in managing their health needs while maintaining comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Our nursing team works with participants and their support networks to coordinate appropriate care in line with their individual requirements and agreed care arrangements.
